Paul has a diverse management background that spreads across many fields. He has held management positions with local and national companies and has had corporate or division responsibility for such activities as: corporate performance reporting systems; budgeting, finance and operations activity projections; internal audit, quality control, work measurement and productivity improvement programs; personnel management, wage and salary administration, job evaluation and training programs; consulting management; hospital audits and Reasonable & Customary program administration.
Paul also has corporate sales and marketing experience including advertising, sales promotion, market research and assessment, new product development and responsibility for all sales activity. His philosophy of "How to Give Excellent Customer Service" is earned from numerous perspectives; from hands-on dealings with clients to customer surveys.
As a consultant, management advisor and coach, Paul is committed to being an advocate when it is required and a critic when it is essential. Paul completed his undergraduate studies at Oregon State University, receiving Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Finance and Personnel, with minors in Chemistry and Economics. He received his MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Washington.

Paul is a licensed health and disability agent in the State of Washington and acts independently with various insurance carriers on his client's behalf.
